We pride ourselves in making sure that all orders are inspected before leaving our facilities. However, we understand that items may become damaged during transit. In that event, please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your item(s). Please provide your order number, a photo of the damaged item(s), a copy of your packing slip, and a short summary explaining what is wrong with the item(s). Items damaged in transfit MUST be reported within 48 hours of receiving said item(s). We will review the situation, contact you with instructions on how to return the damaged item(s), and explain the process of replacing the item(s). In order to maintain the standards of our products, we will not accept any return of products for any reason other than having been damaged in transit.
